We offer free shipping to the whole of the UK. 

Orders of 500g and over will be sent with Yodel (2-3 working days after dispatch)

Orders under 500g will be sent with Royal Mail. (up to 5 working days after dispatch, due to strikes)

Next working day delivery available with UPS for £3.99.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days.

 

All foods are packed in a sealed and secure clear grip bag and labelled with all the information that you need. 

Your order will always be well packed and protected. All of our Flake Foods and our more delicate Freeze Dried and Pellet Foods are sent in cardboard boxes, so that you never have to worry about receiving crushed food!

If you ever have any issues with your order and would like to return it, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, we will give you further instructions on how to return your order for a full refund or exchange.
