We offer free UK shipping on all orders, no matter the size! 

All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days.

The shipping service we use is Royal Mail 2nd class, which usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive after dispatch.

All foods are packed in a sealed and secure clear grip bag and labelled with all the information that you need. 

Your order will always be well packed and protected. All of our Flake Foods and our more delicate Freeze Dried and Pellet Foods are sent in cardboard boxes, so that you never have to worry about receiving crushed food!
